In the unlikely even that service is required because of such defects during the period of warranty, your Panafrica’s Comfy Range mattress and / or foundation will be repaired or replaced (at Panafrica warranty option) without charge, except for transportation costs. If you observe a defect contact the Panafrica’s Comfy dealer from who you purchase the set. If a dealer cannot be reached, Please contact directly the Panafrica Head Office.

  • Applies to new purchased mattresses and cushions
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Sagging defects (Please note that all mattresses and cushions while using will have your body impression which is not manufacturing defect)

Comfy Products Warranty Uncovers

  • If the mattresses found soild
  • Fabric will not covered by warranty
  • Deffects due to negligence, fire, accidents, wear and tear due to years of usage will not be covered by warranty
  • If mattress is not used on recommeded base / bed

This warranty is limited to the maximum value of the mattress and the company will not be in any way responsible for the damage/injury or any hardship faced by the user in any way. This product will be repaired/replaced as the case may be after inspection by the Quality Control Inspector. Please note that expenses incurred for transporting the defective mattress from the place of usage to the factory and vice versa to be borne by the customer.

Mattress Care Tips

  • Turn your mattress every 3 months as the labels indicates
  • Use Proper Foundation support.
  • Carry your mattress flat on its side.
  • Don’t allow your mattress to get wet or moist, always use a mattress protector to keep it dry & clean.
  • Do not expose the mattress to excessive heat, such as ironing, which could demage the fabric.
  • Avoid standing or jumping on your mattress.
  • Don’t bend your mattress more than 20 degrees. This may damage the mattress unit.
  • The mattress should not be placed near heaters, open flame or fire.
